TUCKER, JUSTIN - BAL

TUCKER, JUSTIN

Drafting kickers is a necessity, not a joy. However, Tucker is a true joy to have on a Fantasy team. Not only was he the No. 1 overall kicker in Fantasy in 2022, but he's been a top-10 kicker every year of his career! Even with the Ravens offense changing gears this year and potentially becoming more explosive, Tucker remains the rare Fantasy kicker who is worth taking with your second-to-last pick.

Butker, Harrison - KC

Butker, Harrison

Butker is a top-eight kicker worthy of a pick in the final two rounds of any league that requires you to start a kicker. But injuries and inconsistency from 2022 mean he's not quite as safe a pick as he used to be. He set a career high last year in missed FGs (six) and his FG% (75%) was 13 points lower than any other year of his career. Every indication we have is that Butker will start the year as the only kicker on the Chiefs roster, but it's not inconceivable he could have competition if those struggles return. On the other hand, Butker's role on arguably the best offense in football gives him No. 1 upside at kicker.

Carlson, Daniel - LV

Carlson, Daniel

Carlson is one of the top kicker options available in Fantasy and should be drafted in the final two rounds of your draft. He has made over 90% of his kicks three seasons in a row and led the NFL in both field goal attempts and field goal makes in 2021. Carlson will kick in controlled conditions in 13 of 17 games, including all but one game after Thanksgiving. We are currently ranking him as if Jimmy Garoppolo will be the starting quarterback. If Garoppolo's foot isn't better by the start of training camp, Carlson could see a small dip in his ranking.

Bass, Tyler - BUF

Bass, Tyler

Bass should once again be considered one of the best Fantasy kickers this season, and he's worth drafting with a last-round pick in all leagues. For three seasons in a row, Bass has averaged at least 8.2 Fantasy points per game and made at least 27 field goals and 48 PATs. He also has eight field goals of at least 50 yards over that span. The Bills offense is among the best in the NFL, and Bass should continue to get plenty of scoring chances. He should be one of the first Fantasy kickers drafted in all formats.
